John Mavety (aka Mavety Media) is a Sydney-based director, motion graphics designer and videographer with 20+ years’ industry experience. His directing credits include The Good Cop (Logie winner), Murder in the Outback (AACTA winner), The Von (Tropfest third-place winner) and Deadly Women (14 seasons on the Discovery Network).

John is proficient in all aspects of video production—writing, shooting, editing and motion graphics. As well as long-running television series, he has worked across TVCs, corporate promos, music videos, kids' content and short films.
